For the lack of better words

Welcome to the return of Highwind.nu! A collective and home of future websites of things I enjoy. The site is still undergoing a lot of work, but here you have a preview of what's to come. This is version one of the site, "There ain't no rest for the wicked". The title comes from the song, "There Ain't No Rest for the Wicked" by Cage the Elephant. The layout is inspired by the videogame, Borderlands, released in 2009.

All in the name

The name Highwind.nu comes from the Final Fantasy, but that doesn't mean you'll just find that kind of related content. Four years ago Highwind.nu began as a rebirth to the former Any-way.net, which was the first collective started off on my own back in 2004. In 2006, this site and various others were opened and ran until 2008. In late 2008, the decision was made to close the whole operation down for various reasons. Recently, I came up with the idea to start various new projects, which brings you the rebirth of Highwind.nu.
